•      SUBSEQUENT HOD PURCHASED THE FLEXIBLE FIBREOPTIC BRONCHOSCOPE  AND STARTED SPIROMETRY TESTING
•      THE TB CELL MANNED BY A CONTRACTUAL MEDICAL OFFICER WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR DETECTION, REGISTRATION AND TREATMENT  OF TB CASES
•      CME WAS CONDUCTED ON THE REVISED NATIONAL TB CONTROL PROGRAMME(RNTCP) FOR STUDENTS AND STAFF
•      A CME PROGRAMME ON CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE DISEASES WAS CONDUCTED ALONG WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF MEDICINE
•      THE PRESENT CHIEF  IS DR. A.MAHESH KUMAR MD(TB&CHEST) AND ASSISSTANT IS DR.P.MAHALAKSHMI.DTCD
